Zentyal 4.x 32 bit install iso ?

is there a 32 Bit Installation-Medium for Zentyal 4.x ?

The ISO installers are hosted on sourceforge.net There is only the x64 version available

I saw a dead link to a MD5 32-Bit Zentyal 4.0 iso under:

I hope there will be a 32 Bit Version because my older home esxi Server with atom-cpu seams not to support 64 Bit Software / OS.

Also on download.zentyal.com there is no x86 version of Zentyal 4.0

You can try installing Zentyal on top of Ubuntu x86 Server:

The latest Ubunutu server which Zentyal 4.0 is based upon is on 64 bit, so I wouldn't hold out any hope!

Just for kicks and giggles, I downloaded the x86 ISO of Ubuntu 14.04.1 http://releases.ubuntu.com/14.04.1/ubuntu-14.04.1-server-i386.iso
- Installed it in Vbox
- added the Zentyal 4 repo in /etc/apt/sources.list:
deb http://archive.zentyal.org/zentyal 4.0 main extra
- add keyserver and keys:
sudo apt-key adv --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 10E239FF
wget -q http://keys.zentyal.org/zentyal-4.0-archive.asc -O- | sudo apt-key add -
- Update and Upgrade: sudo apt-get update && sudo apt-get upgrade
If there is a linux kernel update, do a reboot. (maybe a reboot is a good idea anyway)
- Install Zentyal: sudo apt-get install zentyal
- When installation is ready, I do another reboot.
The webmanagement can be accessed in the normal way.

Long story short: x86 version of Zentyal 4.0 IS possible.

Now I wonder if all the packages / modules are x86..... I'd be doing this if so!

I doubt an x64 package can be installed on an x86 server.

I installed 32 Bit zentyal 3.5 und upgrade to 4. BUT zentyal 3.5 or 4 has big samba 4 problems. If I sync my outlook 2010 initial, samba crashed all the time. See the bug tracker and realize: zentyal with samba 4 is very very unstable.

Now I sync with to good old 3.3 and Zarafa with the outlook connector - IT WORKS. MS SBS 2008 costs 300€ on ebay - But its to exepensive for home office.

I am disappointed of zentyal 3.5 / 4 and/or about the beta stage of samba 4.
