Problem with access from Internet

Hello,

We have setup ebox to redirect HTTP/FTP and some other port requests from internet to our LAN servers. We have setups two external interfaces (two different ISPs) with static public IPs. Load balancing is enabled between the gateways(no specific rules). WAN fail-over is also enabled. Clients are not able to open web pages, FTP sites from internet using any one of the static IPs often. Traffic from LAN to internet works fine from both gateways. There are no WAN fail-over events logged in ebox. If we change default gateway, both IPs work for sometime. After certain time problem repeats. Not sure what is going wrong here.
