the message comes when i enter google url www.google.com and i took the snap for that message.see the attachment.it happens to other urls too.and this problem occurs when i use the intranet only.Help me please ASAP.

Can you give some more info about your network? What subnets are used? Is Zentyal Gateway of your LAN?
What exactly do you mean with 'intranet only'?


Can you ping the IP adress of google?

It looks like you eihter have no internet access at all, or a DNS problem.

Kindly check the last two lines in the image that i didnt show in the previous image.
There are 2 sub LANs 172.30.10.* and 172.30.11.*
Zentyal is the gateway of our network.
Yes I can ping the site like that of google
Internet access is available may be the problem is on DNS..help me how to solve it.

Can you give the details of your DNS settings in Core/Network/DNS and your settings in Infrastructure/DNS (on the webadmin page).
