Restore Zentyal Configuration?

Hi,

how can I restore the Zentyal Configuration when I didn't use the build in Zentyal-Backup-Tool?

I've made a backup of the SQL-databases with sqldump and I've backuped the files with bacula.

I have a error in the configuration, so i can't start the mailservice and like to restore only the Zentyal configuration. Not the zarafa database or files.
