I am experiencing the following problems with my Zentyal server, I load Zentyal 3.2 and i can see the network interfaces, if I use Zentyal 3.5 I cannot see the network interfaces. I also cannot use the hardware raid on the server.

Nice server, however when it comes to enterprise hardware you often have to rely on closed source/binary drivers from the vendor. In this instance there is no Ubuntu 14.04 driver for the std raid card in an ML350e. However it is basically a software controller so unless you have the optional RAM installed on it you may not be losing out too much by simply using Linux Software Raid. If you google the B120i you will find reference to an unstable driver in an HP repo, no idea how safe it is to try. I think the same is true of your network card.
You will probably find this quite often with up to date Ubuntu versions, drivers and complex applications test and certify themselves against Redhat and Suse, ubuntu comes last, if at all.
