ActiveSynch Error: Unkown webclient ?

hi my activesynch dont work. i have install zentyal 3.5.2 with sogo synch ... i look in the log from sogo:

Mhhh ...

i fix first error from me ... i vergot network - eth0 "WAN" to set... no error from webfront zentyal admin openchange .... and more configurations (proxy) ... it set automatic proxy to topleveldomain.org ... sogo runs under mail.topleveldomain.org/sogo

didn´t you use search

and first of all it should work in your local lan. Did you try this? If you use on nic don´t activate eth0 as wan. And io mean that the proxy is only for outlook web access needed.

thx 4 answer.
i use search of course... i have read the link and my local lan adapter is activate with wan. i have only webserver on port 443 and 80.admin web acces run on other port. but i have same problem local and online.
same problem ... sogo web app run , activ synch button is activate but it dosnt work.

what is best way to correct this problem ?

Do you use a custom Rom? My Note 3 works with sogo-activesync.

no .. i have orginal image(3.2) and newest update run 3.5.3 ... firewall is deactivate...
have you got same errors in the log ?

Are you sure Android 3.2? Do you have a device with 4.x ? Is is just an idea, but 3.2 wasn't really better than 2.3 and with this i also had active sync problems with sbs2003.

oh sorry i think you mean the zentyal version.
my devices are ipad mini with newest orginal ios and android 4.4.4 with newest orginal firmware .. it is a google nexus5 from lg.
these two devices make same errors ...

[update] ohw and i see the sogo webaccess go to sbs.toplvldomain.local but the right url is mail.toplvldomain.com ... the Authority Certificate run over toplvldomain.com ... but i think thats not the problem because i write the ip address in my mobile devices for local test.
if i start test on my mobil device.. its say with correct user and passwort "no connectio to server" but if i write wrong user or pass say mobil device "Wrong username or passwort" O,o

i hope everbody can help me :/ because i want activsyn ^^ thx 4 answer
