Premium Edition Question
« on: August 01, 2014, 07:09:44 pm »
Just a few quick questions about Zentyal Premium Edition.
1. What version of Zentyal is the Premium Edition? I believe 3.2?
2. What is included in the premium edition as far as modules? OpenChange? Zarafa?
3. If it is OpenChange, is OpenChange FULLY FUNCTIONAL? Will it act exactly as Microsoft Exchange does? Are there any limitations? Can it connect with Outlook 2013 without any problems?
4. Apart from the plugin needed to connect Outlook are there any other limitations to Zarafa?
5. Does shared calendars work in the Premium Edition?

1. 3.2 until 4.0 is out
2. Openchange is included, plus Cloud space and a lot of features. You may be interested in looking at http://www.zentyal.com/smb-editions/ and/or http://www.zentyal.com/which-edition-is-for-me/ Additionally you may fill this form http://www.zentyal.com/contact-sales/ and a member from sales department will reach you to cover any doubt you might have.
3. There are some known issues which exist in 3.2 I suggest going for a trial to check if this fits your needs (trial includes everything but support)
4. The fact that an Outlook upgrade may break the system is a well-known issue with zarafa connector ;)
5. I think this is still WIP
