webadmin on zentyal 3.3 can't access after upgrade

Good Day,

Hello Guys, i installed zentyal 3.3 on my ubuntu 13.10 server but i can't access the web admin after i run "sudo apt-get upgrade" i saw some tiutorials and i run this command.

"sudo nginx -c /var/lib/zentyal/conf/nginx.conf"

and the output is this.

"nginx: [emerg] bind() to 0.0.0.0:443 failed (98: Address already in use)"

and when i try to restart the zentyal using command line with the directory /etc/init.d

i type this command "sudo ./zentyal restart" and its failed to restart and the error is this

"ERROR OUTPUT apache2:syntax error on line 39 of /var/lib/zentyal/conf/apache2.conf: Could not open configuration file /etc/apatche2/mods-available/authz-default.load: No such file or directory"

please let me know if you need any information about my problem.
