unable to update ebox software or system anymore

hello to all,
my problem after update and systemcrash (caused by graphiccard) is the following message when i try to update ebox Components or use the system Update:

A really nasty bug has occurred
Exception
File is not a perl storable at ../../lib/Storable.pm (autosplit into ../../lib/auto/Storable/_retrieve.al) line 331,
Trace
File is not a perl storable at ../../lib/Storable.pm (autosplit into ../../lib/auto/Storable/_retrieve.al) line 331, at /usr/share/perl5/EBox/Software.pm line 307.

any help is really welcome (linux noob)

Give us more data, please. How have you installed eBox, which version, etc.

eBox version is   1.2.2
installed in a virtual machine
everything went fine as normal cd install.  ebox run for several weeks. Not sure if error ocurred after last update or after systemcrash  from graphic card.

can i post some logfiles or  something else, when yes which  and where to find?

after manual apt-get everything is fine again!
