Error al momento de arrancar

Mi proxy no esta transparente. y los puertos del squid y dansguardian son 3128.

Estuve investigando y al parecer es que dansguardian esta arrancando antes que squid este arriba...
realice manual squid start y después dansguardian sin problemas.
Me puedes indicar donde puedo cambiar eso?
