gmail classifying the emails sent by webmail as spam

we are using zentyal 3.3.we have completely working smtp server in zentyal we can send and receive mails from  gmail or any other email service
but when we send email through webmail(round cube) to gmail .mails are going to spam folder in gmail .how can i fix it?
