ZENTYAL PROXY CONTROL

Hi please anybody tell me how control the bandwidth i have zentyal 4.0 but i have my configuration in "Proxy HTTP"--"Limit Bandwidth" and here i configure the group "customer" with

"Enabled" "Object_network" "unlimited_size_ilimit" "maximum_download_rate" "Maximum_customer size_without_penalty" "Maximum_speed_download_client"
x   CUTOMER   1MB   110 KB/s   1 MB/s   110 KB/s

But this configuration before work for me but i dont know why not. the only change I made was to change my network scheme

INTERNET---eth0---zentyal---eth1
to
INTERNET---router---eth0---zentyal---eth1

Please anybody help me.
