cache_mgr for DNS (bind) cache

In using squid I have used:

      "cache_mgr" in squid.conf.mas to change "webmaster" to "myemail@mydomain.me" so folks can respond when squid3 through zentyal displays a web page detailing a failure, be it filtering or whatever.

I know that when the DNS cannot resolve it also sends a similar page that includes "webmaster" as the target for response. I would like to change that "webmaster" to "myemail@mydomain.me" as well.

Would someone please help me by telling me how I might do that?
