I cannot find any documentation on this, so I'm posting my question here: When I apply bandwidth throttling through the HTTP proxy on a per-client basis, how long does the bandwidth throttling stay in effect for? Does the bandwidth usage counter reset every 24 hours, every week, every month, or is it permanent?
