Zentyal 4.0 Mail Server Problems

Hi All,

I've just begun to use Zentyal 4.0 after having trouble with ClearOS 6.5, and everything seems to run much better.

However I'm having trouble with my mail server/openchange. I can email between the email accounts inside the network and send email outside my network but i cannot receive emails from outside the network.

Ideas???
Any more info you need?

I am using active directory and all other modules listed in the JPG.

Do you have the necessary ports open on your firewall/router?
Are your public DNS settings set correctly?

please open ports in firewall, for imap ports...

Yes I had the firewall open but the DNS settings at goDaddy were not set right, I only forwarded the domain to my server ip address and not the mail and @.

Silly mistake.
