Would you mind explaining a bit more (than simple screen copy)?
I understand this is about Cyrillic thanks to post title, also understand that your Zentyal interface is in English but would appreciate more details  ;)

files with cyrillic names on a samba share
in the logs names will be displayed mojibake

Got the same problem on Zentyal 4.1 and Samba:
