how to access local user documents as a domain user without giving any credentials. it is asking username and password(either local system administrator credentials or domain user credentials must be given)

Do you mean something like fingerprint or face recognition ? 

I'm joking but I'm not sure to get your point here. To you mean without ever authentication ? I don't think so.
If you mean SSO, this should be part of domain membership from both user and resource side, thanks to Kerberos.
If this doesn't work this means that either your resource, or user are not part of same domain or... access rights assigned to resource do not permit this domain account to access it.
