User management not accessible - cannot work with zentyal server
« on: February 27, 2014, 02:45:33 pm »
After a time I cannot connect to the user corner anymore. The gui said only:"An internal error related to a template has occurred. This is a bug, relevant information can be found in the logs."

The log says:

[error] 1391#0: *8 connect() failed (111: Connection refused) while connecting to upstream, client: 192.168.10.106, server: , request: "GET / HTTP/1.1", upstream: "http://127.0.0.1:60080/", host: "192.168.10.214", referrer: "https://192.168.10.214/Dashboard/Index"

Has someone an idea? It's a very important thing that the server works confidentially and it's possible to work with it!

I can't really help but if you search this forum for "60080" string, you will find multiple post relating same error. Hey guys, feel free to create a ticket if not already done and if done, just update one of these post with ticket number unless someone wants to investigate further  ;)

I agree that having stable server is critical when running in prod...  ;)  that's why some customers pay for support so that they ensure, as much as possible that only stable release is delivered to them.
Obviously community edition, especially when you deploy the very last version, is a bit more risky.

Hello Christian,

it's rigth but I use a test server and so it's not so critical. But I cannot use a production server if I can have critical problems.
