Samba stop working properly after few hours of active usage

I have an issue with samba4 shares. everything is fine out of the box, while problems appears after few hours of work. Some users lose ability to see changes on server. Some files going to deadlock and users lose access to them. Accessing network shares becomes very slow for some users.

What can cause such behaviour?
What else information can I provide for debug?

That issue forces me to rollback zentyal back to windows if problem stays unresolved.

Just a guess, but have you check to see if the Anti-virus is locking up the files?

A new version of samba was released today (4.1.5).

Update your samba and see if you still have the same error.
