Exchange Replacement

Hi,
i am a newbie.
i have some domain that hosted on the hosting provider (3 domains, including the mx),
and i would like to use Zentyal as replacement of our exchange server.
technically, i want zentyal to receive all the mail from the domain/email that hosted on the provider,
which is the client computer will be access the mail through the zentyal.
and send the mail through the zentyal or hosting provider.

whats is the how to to realize that scenario
