Internet Lookups fail 20% of the time

I'm not sure why, and it might be that I don't have it configured properly, but many of my web lookups fail. I don't know if the DNS just doesn't resolve or what. While I can't reach Google.com in a browser I can ping it from the command line though which is strange. I added DNS forwarders (8.8.8.8 & 8.8.4.4) thinking that might help, but it didn't. I have Zentyal doing DHCP for my local lan, and it is the Internet gateway.

Can someone point me to what I could be checking in the configuration in order to resolve the issue? I don't know where to start. It is on a home network with Comcast modem in eth0 and the lan in eth1.
