problems with ebox - ubuntu http proxy

hello folks,

i have used ebox on debian for a while and decided to install ubuntu 7.10 and ebox.
it has worked find so far but there are some problems with http proxy.

everytime i start http proxy it stops no matter what.

has anyone else had similar problems and known how to fix this.

the installation is a ubuntu server 7.10 386 with ebox 0.11
