[SOLVED] Upgrade to Captive Portal 3.0.5 Failed

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I've disabled the captive portal previously due to the 15% constant processor usage. Would having this disabled cause issue with upgrading to this latest version?

Also, does anyone know if this latest version addresses the processor bug I've mentioned:

Update: I just tried updating on another installation at another location. Of the 14 updates, it too failed to receive the update for Captive Portal.
