Wikipedia problems in transparent proxy

Lately I've noticed that if you use external lists to filter domains,the clients have problems surfing the wikipedia (all pages appear in text mode,not html),even if you set the  domain wikipedia.org to always allow.If you deactivate the proxy filter or erase the external list domains the surfing is correct .Anyone can help me please?

It sounds as if the domain list is blocking whatever mechanism Wikipedia uses to load CSS. I would investigate in that direction (see where the CSS is loading from).
