[Solved] Cloud subcription no longer works

After a recent Zential Cloud Client Update, after a server reboot i get error in dashboard about zential cloud connection failed.
I have unregistered from cloud and when i try to register again, i get user/pass error.
I have reseted my password and same result.
With my email/password i can log in to zentyal site, so the user/pass are ok.

¿What can i do?

Could you check again today? And paste here the output after trying to register your server?

User/email address and password do not match. Do you have a subscription? Get to know how to subscribe

In order to reset your Zentyal Cloud password you must go to the following URL:

https://cloud.zentyal.com/reset/

Reseting the cloud password solved my problem.
I don`t know why it failed during the module update.

That password reset link no longer works. Is there a new one I might use. I haven't been able to logon to the cloud in weeks.

Hello reberhar,

The url has changed to this one https://remote.zentyal.com/reset/ and so has done the name and url of the previous service know "cloud". Now is called remote and the url is this one  https://remote.zentyal.com.
