Antivirus does not start [SOLVED]

Hi,

I am having a very strange problem with the Antivirus module since it does not start at all. In the dashboard, its status is shown as Stopped and when I click on Start nothing happens. All I get is "The module was restarted correctly" message.

When I go to the Antivirus tab, I have the following message in the status "The antivirus database has not been updated since the module was enabled." Does anyone know why such problem is happening please? I am using Zentyal V3. Thanks

Problem solved. From command prompt I ran the command freshclam to update the antivirus database manually and then the antivirus module started.
