Trying to configure Proxy server on Zentyal 3

Try to plug any device instead of Zentyal en ensure you can get internet access. If this works, then review Zentyazl log for any error but can't help further

I've already tried to plug to another device with the same configuration in Network Interface - internet works, I don't understand why it's not working in Zentyal. I've watched logs in Zentyal for HTTP proxy - as I told it works, but with long reply from server to client. But internet on Zentyal isn't working (

If Zentyal itself can't access internet, there is no chance for proxy to work 
I don't understand why you focus on proxy

So, that's a main problem ( I've tried to use other network interface - without success, same problem.
Proxy server gives long reply : Server Failure: The name server was unable to process this query.

if you can't reach internet from Zentyal and can't resolve names for same server (BTW, this can be correlated to previous point and also linked to lack of DNS setting or whatever else "strange"  ), too bad it will not work.

Now I've tried to connect only ADSL modem to Zentyal, and configured network interface for it - it's not working ((( wtf!
For example - I do it with same configuration in Windows - internet is working

Perhaps Zentyal is not configured properly...
Or Windows does something on your behalf to make it work but you're not aware of it

but as you don't tell what you set in Zentyal, it's very difficult (in fact for me just impossible) to guess what could be wrong
