FYI, I opened ticket as this is a bug for what I understand and have experienced with my 3.1 based tests.

Thank You very much. I would like to say that I realy like Zentyal and if there is anything I can do to help or test just say. I will try some workaround that crossed my mind and will post it here if helps.

Ok ,seems that I have workaround for this bug. I created A host in DNS (zentyal administration) "dummy" and pointed on the ip address of second interface (192.168.16.1). For now everything works fine.

 :'( No after a while it registers again in DNS  >:(

I don't think there is any workaround you can find if this registration is done when Samba is running, except of course if you modify Zentyal code.
If possible, stop file sharing service and you should notice that such automatic DNS registration done on your behalf disappears.

In Zentyal 3.2 the problem is resolved!!! ;D
