ERROR trying save changes on Zentyal Filter Group

Hi,
  Sorry if I repeat this issue but I've not founded this problem anywhere.
The quid is, when I try to save any change on a filter group, Zentyal arrows an error, and verifying logs I can see the next one:

I'm trying to save in proxy one URL added recently, but it's correctly added.
Any other thing that you consider neccesarily I'll give to you.
