Okay Its defenetly a problem with the clamav coz everytime the sever pops a stopping clamav gaurdian there is a timeout on the whole system!! I turned off automatic security updates but still the clamav is trying to update

Personaly I think its the firewall starting and stopping Ill have a look in my logs if thats the case!

What I've noticed - there is always temporary access through proxy after restarting squid
