Homes, Netlogon, Sysvol and Zentyal-quarantine directory

Hi, sorry for my english but I'm italian.
I have a question about Samba4.
I have a Server with Zentyal 3 and Samba4, and I don't want to show default directory Homes, Netlogon, Sysvol and Zentyal-quarantine in windows explorer.
I tried to modify smb.conf, but when I restart samba service, smb.conf return to original version and explorer show the default directory.
I readed about Zentyal 2 when it's possible to modify smb.conf.max, but I can't find it in zentyal 3!
What I have to do?
