You don't tell us enough to permit efficient support.

- which mail? standard mail or Zarafa ?
- If standard mail, with webmai ?
- Do you plan to use HTTPS with webmail ?
- did you change default HTTPS port for Zentyal admin ?

I supposed this is Zentyal 3.0 isn't it?

BTW, what's your native language ?

It Zentyal 3.0, no Zarafa, but email with webmail service, the Case Study is that until I enable mail filter everything works fine.

I don't run 3.0
Perhaps there is some link between HTTPS and mail filtering in 3.0 but I can't wonder what  ???
Can you still access via SSH ?
If yes, did you look at syslog and Zentyal log ?

It can be accessed by SSH.
No I have not looked at the logs, I reformatted and now I'm trying again, remembering that there was a problem with Samba due to apparmor apparmor I'm updating every release of a module.

I hope to solve

Ok I think I found but do not know how to solve
Code: [Select]
Binary package hint: clamav-freshclam

AppArmor parser error in /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.freshclam at line 401: syntax error, unexpected TOK_ID, expecting TOK_MODE
 Profile /etc/apparmor.d/usr.bin.freshclam failed to load

The line 401 is:
deny /var/run/samba/gencache.tdb mrwkl,

Ok I was able to restart the gui but unfortunately the filter module mail, does not respond as it should to any configuration changes I get an error that tells me that the module status is unknown mail filter.

Then looking on google I found that the mail filter is a known issue but has not yet found a solution, at least from what I found, I hope someone denies.

Thanks
