problem of rights: freshclam.log ???

Hi zentyal-profs,

starting aroung a week ago I get the following error message every hour:

ERROR: Problem with internal logger (UpdateLogFile = /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log). ERROR: /var/log/clamav/freshclam.log is locked by another process
The logfile fo clamav shows a normal function when clamav is updating the files. Is there an other process who needs acces to this file?
I have started the virus scanner with the zentyal gui but there was no positive result.

What can I / have I to do to get a solution?

Could that be related to the fact why my logs stop showing up between 7 AM and 8 AM every morning Eastern Standard Time?
