root password
« on: June 04, 2009, 03:22:38 pm »
It may look insane but I have no souvenir having been asked for a root password at installation time.
I have a user to connect on the Web interface but it cannot be used for connecting ssh.
By example, I want to start using dansguardian but I alm unable to modify the conf file...
Any idea???

Daniel

During the installation you should have been asked for a user password. That user can gain administration right by using the 'sudo' command.
