Unable to find disk array in VM ESXi/Zentyal install
« on: December 24, 2012, 02:22:07 am »
Hi,

New to this flavor.  I am running Zen 3.0 in VM's ESXi 5.0 on a PowerEdge 9600.  I have two raid arrays of 500gb and 2tb.  VM and Zen are install on the smaller one.  Within the VM console, I set the 2tb array as a resource for the Zen VM and have no problem browsing or r/w to the datastore from within the VM console.  However, from with the Zen interface, I can't locate the array or find any typical commands to locate and mount it.  The esxcfg-nas commands are not found, neither are any of my typical Linux ones.

I have installed Webmin, which sees the array but indicates that there is no partition even though

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Jeff
