Help with install

Hi

Was wondering if you could help me with my ebox install.

Network layout

   cable modem
       |
      ebox
    |               |
Internal        internernal
net 1               net2


Internal network is able to ping externally but is unable to browse onto the internet.

Please can you give me some tips?

Jasonk,
     I believe in the KISS principle, so some basic questions first!

     Did you check your firewall rules?  look for rules that would treat a ping different than Http traffic.
     Did you check your Proxy module?
