VIA eden processors
« on: December 17, 2007, 08:46:36 pm »
I've been thinking about building a small form factor computer based on a fanless VIA V4 eden 1GHz cpu to keep noise down. Just curious if anyone has setup an ebox machine on an eden proc before and how it worked?

I have one of this (working with a picoPSU and a solar charged 12V car battery) and works really fine. It runs ebox in a Compact flash disk (i see this as an IDE Disk with an adaptor) without file sharing nor printing. only firewall and openvpn.
