Error when saving changes

Hello all, first time Zentyal 3.0 user, long time ubuntu user.  During the install I got an error:
the following modules failed while saving the changes their state is unknown squid

I am getting this error whenever I try to make any changes to network interfaces, etc..

Any ideas?

after today's update squid does not work

in zentyal.log:

Try to remove the HTTP proxy module and reinstall it, that should solve the error.
I have updated the proxy today and it works fine.
