Shared of calendar ERROR Zentyal 4.1

I have a problem with the shared of calendar, when I open another user's calendar that have no connection error (Outlook 2010)
In Outlook 2013 can not select a calendar to display.
Permissions are granted full for the account.

same here, all shared calendars have the no connection icon.
I installed zentyal for the shared calendars only and it's not working
I tested with an android phone and I have no problem displaying shared calendars, but I need it to work in Outlook 2010
