Can't Install XP on Virtual Machine

Hello, i have issue as in topic. I can't install XP on virtual machine, after formating disc copying few files VM reboots :( XP SP2 or SP3 it doesn't matter. Next problem is windows 7 :( can't see disc drive. PLease help.

Edit : I even tested FreeNas, after installation i got error that have no boot disk :( PLZ help.

I am assuming that you are using KVM from within Zentyal (making it on topic) .  I don't have my Zentyal servers setup for virtualization since they are virtual machines themselves but I am pretty sure that you setup the disks to be virtio.  Freenas and XP don't understand virtio disks/devices straight out of the box.  Change the disk type to be IDE and try again.
