LDAP INDEX ERROR

i have this error in my syslog file:

"...bdb_equality_candidates: (mail) not indexed"
"...bdb_equality_candidates: (ou) not indexed"


when i tried to follow the steps on this forum (which worked fine for me on the older version of zentyal) http://forum.zentyal.org/index.php?topic=664.msg10518#msg10518

but after doing that i get the error :

"...ldif_read_file: checksum error on "/etc/ldap/slapd.d//cn=config/olcDatabase={1}hdb/ldif "

i used to create an index without a problem before but on Zentyal 3.0 release i'm stranded
