Monitoring has died Zentyal 3 server
« on: September 22, 2012, 03:09:15 am »
All of my monitoring graphs have flatlined for no apparent reason, though the computer is still alive and kicking. The monitoring graphs were working properly for a couple of days after doing a scratch install of Zentyal 3, but after applying various updates, something seems to have clobbered the graphs. Load, file system, temperature, everything reads 0. Has anyone seen this?

The dashboard still reports the system load as greater than zero. I've restarted the monitoring process a few times, but nothing has changed.

Just to be clear, these are the maintenance monitoring graphs. The bandwidth monitoring graphs on the dashboard are working properly.

Can you see if collectd is running? the rrd files on /var/lib/collectd/ are being updated?

collectd is running but the logs haven't been updated for several days.
