Hi,

I have tested the issue with latest RC2 and I think that the issue is caused by dhcp client overwriting /etc/resolv.conf. You can see an explanation in the trac: https://trac.zentyal.org/ticket/4764#comment:9

Cheers.

I know it was long ago, but I'm still have the same problem with Zentyal 3.0.2... This solution seems to solve the problem, but every time I restart Samba or the server, these changes are gone.  How do you persist this settings?

Thanks!

You probably want to have a look at hooks. Zentyal have done this handy slideshow here: http://www.slideshare.net/exekias/zentyal-customization-templates-hooks-ldap

Maybe make a quick bash command to overwrite the files you need?...
