Master/slave installation: no combobox to choose slave

Hello,
I am configuring two zentyal as master slave.
The master and the slave self configure as master, I do not know why.
I am reading the documentation and it says to go to slave in the ldap menu and in the combobox choose "slave". Then you can put master ip.
Unfortunately I do not see the combo widget nor in the master nor in the slave.

How can I do?
