When creating a directory in a share it becomes read only

Hello,

When users create a directory in a share, the rights are not created downward for the group. The user who created that directory is then owner and the group becomes readonly.

I have put force group en force create in the smb.conf but no results.

I am fairly new to linux so the rights puzzle me a bit.

Is there someone who could help me out?
