Firewall:
You need to create a service including the P2P protocols you want to block and create a firewall rule blocking trafic for the created service:

Trafic Shapping:
Yo can also use layer 7 filtering and trafic shaping module to limit bandwith for P2P. There is already a services group for P2P:
