As far as I know these applications are client applications, unless you intend to run an i2p or tor node. I don't think this has anything to do with Zentyal nor with the intention Zentyal is designed for.
Can you elaborate why you want to set this up on a Zentyal Server? (besides the obvious: browse the internet anonymously)
