SMTP secure port

Please have zentyal 2.2.7 and I need to set up secure SMTP port. How does it work?

Default installation enabled ESMTP which permits to start SMTP over TLS if this is what you mean.

Unfortunately, Thunderbird does not send mail through port 465, SSL / TLS, authentication password, the secure transmission

Sure, this is because Zentyal is configured to support "standard" secure port (587) and not 465

Unfortunately, over port 587 does not send me emails
Sending via port 25 is sent normally.

Well, without error message or at least error description, it's going to be quite difficult to help you 
"it doesn't work" is not very helpful.
