Ubuntu 10.10 installation Zentyal failed

I have Ubunto server 10.10 installed and want to use Zentyal. I try to install but receive errors which I can't debug. An tips ?
Below the screenoutput of my installation.

It looks like dependancy problems - though I'm not an expert!

Have you updated your sources list to include the nessecary sources for zentyal?

Also note that Zentyal releases around Ubuntu LTS:

"It is important to notice that all Zentyal releases are based on the Ubuntu LTS versions. Each Zentyal release is based on the Ubuntu LTS version that is available at the moment the release is launched."
