Can a newbie get Zentyal Subrcriptions and Commercial support?

 I am a newbie. The company where i work is looking for a firewall, currently a vendor demo us a firewall appliance , Our boss want to block facebook to certain users at a certain time and other social networking site.I would like to ask question. If we subscribe the Zentyal Subrcriptions and Commercial support. Does Zentyal commercial support would block facebook to certain users in our company for me or they are not do it for me. Also I am not an expert in designing Network and security, Does zentyal subscriptions would do me a favor configuring Zentyal so that we can use Voip and other modules in Zentyal.ime
 I like to demo Zentyal community server to my boss and spank those expensive firewall appliance.
  My zentyal backgroundi was able to setup and use Zarafa, jabber and lightsquid..

To block certain sites, protocols or services from the internet you don need the professional supscription. You can configure everything with the community version. However, if you are unsure on how to do this, you can either hire an external specialist or Zentyal devs to do it for you.
